General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Products
The products sold are handcrafted. Due to their handmade nature, slight variations may exist, which are part of the product's unique character.
2. Purchase process
The customer selects the desired product or configuration, adds it to the cart, and completes the payment process.
The order confirmation will be sent by email.
3. Prices
All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
Shipping costs will be shown before you finalize your purchase.
4. Production deadlines
As these are handcrafted and, in many cases, personalized products, production times may vary. The estimated timeframe will be indicated on each product page.
5. Right of withdrawal
The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
In accordance with Article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal will not apply to personalized products made according to the customer's specifications.
6. Warranty
The products have the legal guarantee established by current regulations.
