To find your size:

1. Use a flexible measuring tape.
   
2. Measure the circumference of your head approximately 1 cm above your eyebrows and ears.
   
3. The measurement obtained in centimeters corresponds to your size.
   

If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for greater comfort.

Yes. You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a size exchange, provided that the item is in perfect condition.
