Medirte bien es el primer paso para crear una pieza que encaje contigo.Solo necesitas una cinta métrica flexible (como las de costura) y un momento frente al espejo.Colócala justo por encima de las cejas, rodeando toda la cabeza.

Don't tighten it too much, but avoid making it too loose.
Note the centimeters and choose the closest available size.
